Anchor Lodge is a small friendly Motel located at Orewa
Beach 30 minutes North of Auckland. All our units are ground
floor and self contained (1 paraplegic facilities). Cooked &
continental breakfast along with cut lunches and home cooked
dinners are available.
Complimentary morning paper supplied on request. Off street
parking.
Our safe and lovely beach is only 100 metres from the gate
and a great place for walking and to watch the breathtaking
sunrise.
Auckland International Airport is only 55 mins away. We can
arrange airport transfers for you ($70 1-2 persons).
Anchor Lodge makes a peaceful base for sightseeing ,shopping
and exploring all the activities in the area. We can
organise daytrips on your behalf. Walking distance to a
great shopping centre and a wide variety of cafes and

Orewa is just 20 north of Auckland.
Take the motorway north and get off at the Silverdale junction, turn
right onto State Highway 1 for about 5 km and you'll reach Orewa.

building sandcastles as high as themselves, and a lone fisherman
