Located
in New Zealand’s fastest growing region, Bayleys currently have four
offices servicing Rodney. The original office, now doubled in size,
is situated in the centre of Orewa at 32 Hilary Square. The second
office is in the vibrant ‘Manly Palms’. The third office is located
by the tope of the canal in the Gulf Harbour Marine Village.
Rodney’s northern region is very ably serviced by Bayleys Warkworth,
which covers the entire Kowhai Coast region, including the booming
Matakana village and Omaha.
These very successful
offices now all come under the ownership of Mackys Real Estate Ltd.
This comprises of the Macky Family – Kirsty, Mark and Dinah.
The Macky family have a
long association with Bayleys, both through their long working lives
within the business (they have all worked for Bayleys for many years
now) plus a strong family connection – Dinah’s father, (Kirsty and
Mark’s grandfather) started the Bayley family business over 30 years
